4. How we share information

4.1 Buyers & sellers

We share call metadata with bidding buyers during the auction process, and with the winning buyer following call completion. We share aggregated and anonymized performance data with sellers via their dashboard.

4.2 Service providers

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (cloud hosting, payment processing, compliance screening, analytics), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

4.3 Legal & compliance

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bid On Calls, our users, or others.
