How do payouts work?

Every call that connects, meets the buyer's duration threshold, and isn't disputed within 24 hours pays out at 85% of the winning auction bid. Settlement runs every Tuesday for the previous week, via ACH, wire, or USDC.

What kind of traffic do you accept?

We work with TCPA-compliant traffic across search, social, native, display, email, and SMS. All traffic must carry verifiable consent, pass our compliance screening, and operate within DNC rules. We don't accept robocall traffic or spoofed caller IDs under any circumstance.

How is my payout rate determined?

There's no fixed rate we run a live auction for every call. The highest bid wins, and you get 85% of that winning bid. On a typical $65 call, you'd receive $55.25. Your realized CPA per vertical is visible in your dashboard in real time.

Can I set a floor price?

Yes. Publishers on our Plus tier can set minimum-accepted-bid floors per vertical. If the auction doesn't clear your floor, the call routes elsewhere. Floor pricing is available after 30 days of consistent volume.

Do I get paid for short calls?

Calls that drop before the buyer's duration threshold don't pay out. This threshold is visible in every auction before you route the call. Most verticals have a 60-second threshold some mass tort campaigns require 2+ minutes.
